We build home decor for people who appreciate and have a passion for Barnwood, craftsmanship, and history.
Like our customers, we are committed to taking care of our environment and preserving the history of our forefathers. The people who built our towns and cities with their hands.
We’ll design and build something as unique as you with reclaimed wood from abandoned barns in our area. If you’re an aspiring woodworker, we have lots of amazing raw materials for purchase for your DIY project. Stop in and talk to Scott about your project and the best material to use.
All of our products are made solely from reclaimed barnwood. The barnwood comes from the New York State area, mostly around the Fingerlakes and Upstate Regions. Each board is carefully selected to create the most beautiful piece possible. No product leaves the shop until Scott is satisfied that it is of the utmost quality work.

Below are some examples of common stains that we use. Each piece is going to look a little different depending on the type of wood, age, and grain of the wood. This is to help you get an idea of what different stains look like on actual pieces of planed and sanded wood.

Journey
Our journey began in our own backyard. The foundation to the 1890’s barn was crumbling and the back wall was entirely gone. We had to decide what to do with the building before the wind took it down for us. Many people told us to “burn it down”. One only had to take a look inside to see the beautiful wood that still graced the old building.
